Want to know where you can learn to make cheese in Sydney??? The
Cheesemaking Workshop is running regular workshops in
Northbridge on Sydneys Lower North Shore. The workshops begin at 10am and finish around 4pm.
The course is the same as the
other soft cheese workshops held on the Coffs Coast and in
regional NSW, you learn to make camembert, fetta, ricotta,
mascarpone, quark (cream cheese) and a Greek style yoghurt.
All equipment and ingredients to make cheese are provided,
just bring yourself (and an appetite), no prior experience
is required. We serve morning tea and lunch with a glass of
wine in a garden setting with fabulous bush views. Youd
never guess you are in Sydney especially so close to the CBD!
At the end of the workshop, we
have all the bacterial starters, cheese hoops and yoghurt
makers available to purchase. Once youve got the basics
youll never need to buy soft cheese again, just follow
your course notes, use your Cheesemaking techniques and voila!
